We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the type of our products. Please make sure to carefully select items' sizes and the gift box's content.

The items can only be exchanged if:
a) any damage was caused to the packaging during delivery

You can contact us during 3 days after the delivery to inform us about any issues. We will be glad to assist.

We reserve the right to deny the exchange or refund if
a) the issue was caused by the recipient
b) if the original packaging was unsealed
c) if label tags were removed

For orders above 200 AED (UAE CITY LIMITS):
-Our standard delivery takes 3 - 5 business days (excluding Saturday)
-Urgent 1 - 2 days delivery - costs 15 AED

For orders below 200 AED (UAE CITY LIMITS):
-Standard delivery 3 - 5 business days (excluding Saturday) - costs 25 AED
-Urgent 1 - 2 days delivery- costs 35 AED

Scheduling a delivery:

You can schedule a delivery day if your delivery method is urgent.
If you selected standard delivery, the package will be delivered during the available time slot any time between 3 - 5 working days.
We do not offer the option of scheduling delivery time, as it depends on the schedule of the delivery company. You can try requesting a specific time of the day ( afternoon / evening ). We will try our best to deliver at the requested time, though we can't guarantee it.

Orders to distanced areas may have an additional charge
